Since 2015, Timekey Glazing has been a leader in the glazing renovation market, known for our dedication to quality and innovation. With a team of over 50 experts, we specialize in retrofits, replacements, and custom fabrications, serving clients across the country. Team Leaders

Our team is led by seasoned professionals with years of hands-on experience in the glazing industry. Their expertise sets the foundation for every project we take on, ensuring precision, innovation, and unmatched quality. Backed by a skilled and dedicated workforce, we deliver results that exceed expectations.

Drew Wills Project Manager

Drew has been with Timekey for one year, coming aboard from a local General Contractor.  Growing up in the construction industry, this base of knowledge gives him an understanding of the challenges and urgency required to meet project deadlines and acquisition of critical materials. Recent successes include the Liberal, KS Medical Center  and historic restoration of hundreds of windows on the Tennessee State Capitol grounds. When not working Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, as well as hunting.

Matthew Clark Project Manager

Matt has been with Timekey for one year after spending 15 years in college football coaching across the US. This experience working in large institutions coupled with success measured in wins and losses makes him an urgent and results based leader at Timekey. Recent successes include the MCC Sloped Glass Replacement, and the upcoming Dallas Hotel Indigo and Conception Abbey Basilica. When not working Matt enjoys travel, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Mike Martin Project Manager / Estimator

10 years experience in construction and 5 years with Timekey. Mike was onboarded with Timekey over a 14-month field training on the Parkway Tower window project in 2020. Prior to Timekey, Mike worked as a manager within an asbestos abatement contractor and a construction safety consultant, providing a useful array of knowledge when navigating window replacement nuances. Since joining the office as a PM he has put that experience to work managing projects across the US with great success. Superintendents and clients enjoy Mike’s decisive problem-solving and clear communication. Recent successes include the Waggoner Building in Charleston, SC and Midland Apartments in downtown KC. Mike is a BBQ expert, and enjoys fly fishing and hunting when not working or spending time with his wife.

Jim Bennett Quality Control

25 years experience in the glazing industry from manufacturing floor operator, fabricator, shop foreman, field installer, and project manager. Beyond this, for over 10 years Jim ran his own glass installation company. This career knowledge across the industry gives him the credentials and credibility to weigh in on all elements of Timekey projects. These insights are sought out daily by PMs, Estimators, Superintendents, and Fab Shop operators. These consistent efforts over his now six years with Timekey has made him a trusted resource. Clients enjoy the tangible impacts made on-site ensuring quality and efficiency. At the home office, Jim oversees Shop Fabrication activities, and equipment allocation and maintenance. When not working Jim enjoys fishing and classic cars.

Tom Bennett Project Manager / Estimator

30 years experience in construction and 20 in glazing specifically. Tom has been with Timekey for 9 years, with vast experience bidding and managing high-profile glazing retrofit projects. These include large hospitals, university towers, and courthouses. One of Tom’s proudest projects was the Anna Hiss Gymnasium at the University of Texas; this project required the largest arched windows EFCO had ever produced for the 2019 retrofit at the center of one of America’s largest university campuses. His long standing relationships with personnel at Timekey, various manufacturers, and repeat clients makes Tom a respected manager. When not working, Tom enjoys time with his wife and two sons, travelling for sporting events, and classic cars.

Jesse Hopkins Superintendent

30 years experience in construction, 10 in glazing. Jesse has served in various roles throughout the industry, and within Timekey including Project Manager, Estimator, and currently as Superintendent. The breadth of knowledge empowers Jesse to communicate and react efficiently to any issue. Prior to Timekey, experience includes running his own custom home builds, flooring contractor, and concrete company. Jesse has certifications across the construction industry, and has overseen Timekey projects across the US. When not working, Jesse enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, and his grandchildren.

Jack Reasbeck General Manager

40 years experience in construction, mostly in federal contracting across many different scopes. With experience ranging from field to office, Jack is an organizational organizer, keeping Timekey’s array of Project Managers on-task, productive, and focused. With 8 years experience in glazing, Jack impresses the concept preparing as a manager in lieu of reacting across our staff. He oversees the preparation of project submittals, cost reporting, billings, and payables across all projects, and organizes data for company leadership review. Recently Jack coordinated company-wide manufacturer training refreshers. When not working Jack enjoys fly fishing, RV-ing with his wife, and spoiling his grandchildren.

Henry Millman Superintendent

From Bronaugh, Missouri Henry has been in the glazing industry for almost 40 years. This experience spans from metal extrusion for a manufacturer, to installer, and superintendent. Henry has overseen projects across the nation with extreme efficiency. This was best highlighted on the 2018 Wallace and Wilson Tower project for Iowa State University; two twin dorm towers, replacing all 1,286 windows within a single 86-day summer break. Now seven years on, zero leaks, zero call backs, and delivered early with zero injuries or safety issues having been overseen by the state’s OSHA office. In 2024, similar success was delivered at the Yocum Hall project for the University of Arkansas. This proven track record on various building types, glazing systems, and existing finishes makes Henry a trusted resource for Timekey’s toughest challenges. When not working Henry enjoys classic car restoration.

Robert Oliver Superintendent

40 years experience in commercial construction, 20 in glazing. Has overseen projects of all kinds from coast-to-coast. With Timekey for over 10 years, has overseen many high profile unique projects, including the Fort Lauderdale Airport glass replacement in 2024 where a large crew worked night-shifts on the runway side of all gates. Prior to this, Robert oversaw the Allen, Williams, and Paulding County Courthouse projects; these three separate projects started and completed within 14 months along the Ohio/Indiana border, wherein all historic windows were replaced and fitted to existing conditions within the occupied courthouses. His experience with demanding clients, changing site conditions, and crew management make Robert a trusted leader for Timekey. Robert enjoys classic car restoration and motorcycle tours when not working.

Jordan Wilson CEO

20 years experience in construction and 15 in glazing, serving at all levels from laborer, to glazier, PM, estimator, President, and owner. After growing up in the family renovation business, Jordan founded Timekey Glazing in 2015. Since inception, a consistent focus has been placed on culture, camaraderie, quality, training and safety. Jordan and wife Lauren have three boys; Theo, Calvin, and Grant. Any free time between business and family is spent golfing!

Jeremiah Fris Superintendent

30 years experience in commercial construction, including institutional renovation, commercial ground-up high-rises, and oversight of all trades. 15 years experience in glazing, overseeing many Timekey’s projects across the nation. Recent successes include the Sandpiper Condo project with a crew of 40+ on a rural barrier island, and the NE Florida State Hospital where Hurricanes Milton and Helene disrupted construction. Jeremiah is USACE Fall Protection and OSHA-30 Hour certified. Jeremiah’s personal relationships across Timekey’s entire staff, and experience running large-scale unique projects provides the confidence tackling new challenges. When not working, Jeremiah enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and three children.

Lindsey Briedwell Accounting Director

After graduating from the University of Missouri, Lindsey joined TWG/Timekey Glazing over 17 years ago. She has contributed to nearly every facet of the business along the way: from procurement and contract administration to project management and scheduling. She transitioned onto the business management and financial team a decade ago and currently oversees those divisions. Lindsey values integrity and problem solving and looks to contribute to Timekey’s success in any way possible. Lindsey enjoys playing sports, gardening, and cooking with her husband and two sons.

Jeff Wilson Operations Director

40+ years experience in construction, 18 in glazing. Served in all levels of construction from carpenter, to glazier, superintendent, PM, estimator, department head, and President. Has been with Timekey Glazing since inception and oversees manpower assignments and allocation of all other assets across all projects. These decisions are informed by daily contact with all superintendents, leaning on long-standing relationships with every single one. Jeff has five grandsons and enjoys playing golf.

Rodney Wolfe Superintendent

25 years experience in construction, 15 in glazing. With Timekey Glazing since inception, and has overseen window replacement projects historic, medical, commercial, and institutional. Vast experience in general renovation work aids Rodney’s unique ability to adjoin new windows to existing conditions inside and out of existing buildings. He is USACE Fall Protection and OSHA-30 Hour certified. When not working, Rodney enjoys hunting, fishing, and travelling with his wife and three sons.

Scott Wilson Field Manager

40 years experience in construction, 15 in glazing. Has worked in all levels of the industry from carpenter to superintendent and operations director. Vast experience in general renovation informs management decisions depending on building conditions, adjacent finishes, personal skillsets, and timelines. This experience built through years of varying projects from institutional renovations, sensitive government facilities, high-rise staging, and more. Coupled with the hands-on experience in building a business with his brother Jeff, Scott serves as a role model for Timekey personnel at all levels. When not working, Scott enjoys hunting and fishing with his two sons (one of whom has been with Timekey for three years himself) and travelling with his wife!

Jake Loman Territory Sales Manager

Four years experience in glazing, all with Timekey. Jake came aboard out of school as an intern, spending the next three years as a Project Manager. With this experience, seeing project through from start to finish across the US, Jake now leads Timekey private sales efforts in Florida. Relocated from the Kansas City HQ in early 2025, Jake engages with local HOAs, General Contractors, Engineers, Architects, and Insurers to bring seaside high-rises into modern code compliance. Jake’s successes as a PM arm him with the industry knowledge to help these entities navigate the subtleties of the specialty glazing trade. Recent project successes include Yocum Hall, Brian Michigan State Office, and front-end estimating on the Houston Astros Ballpark. When not working Jake enjoys reading and golf.

Craig Lytle Project Manager

Craig has served as Project Manager with Timekey for 10 years. Prior to this, Craig was a Territory Manager for Mizuno USA and graduated from Missouri Western State University. At Timekey, Craig has managed projects across the US for a wide array of clients and building types. This consistent reliability is appreciated by the array of Superintendent he’s worked with along the way. This long-standing credibility eases communication, and his eagerness in problem solving makes him a steady hand no matter the challenge. Unique projects recently completed include the NE Florida State Hospital, St. Joseph City Hall, and the Purdue’s Hockmeyer Hall. These cover a jobsite hit with multiple hurricanes during construction, a design-build historic replacement within an occupied City Hall, and a curtainwall repair within an occupied lecture hall of a major university. Craig enjoys the seemingly endless variety of Timekey challenges within the glazing specialty. When not working Craig enjoys golf, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Keith Knight Project Manager

25 years experience in construction, 11 in glazing. Keith moved from the field to the office, serving as an installer and superintendent, then transitioning to PM/Estimator. This hands-on base of knowledge informs decisions on product selection, install methods, and guidance with field personnel. Recently Keith has managed the Allen County Courthouse and Fort Lauderdale Airport project; both with Timekey Superintendent Robert Oliver! His detail oriented approach builds trust with in-house staff and clients alike. When not working Keith enjoys woodworking and wildlife photography.
