In 2024 the Cass County Courthouse in Harrisonville, MO received all new historic windows. Manufacturer Manko supplied new aluminum windows and perimeter trim to match original sightlines of original wood windows. Courthouse staff and county administration personnel occupied the building, and maintained normal operations throughout construction. Timekey completed the work ahead of schedule with no change orders. Unique challenges included tight arched transom windows, staging erection inside the clock tower, and protected public access from nearby streets on all sides.
