This massive former government facility will be transformed into loft apartments by Arnold Development and Crossland Construction beginning in 2025. Timekey Glazing was selected to provide and install new historic windows across the 80,000 square-feet of exterior glazed openings. Shop drawings drafted in conjunction with manufacturer Winvent Windows, are designed to mimic the floating-vent steel windows being replaced. Work will begin in 2025!
