This project slated for 2025 will replace all windows within Dallas’ Hotel Indigo. Upon opening in 1925 this building, named ’The Hilton Hotel’, was the first to bear the Hilton name. This was the first high-rise designed by famed developer Conrad Hilton from the ground up, located at the highest point of downtown Dallas. Timekey was selected by Nedderman Construction of Dallas for this prestigious project. New historic windows and panning from Graham Architectural Products will be installed across all 14-stories.
