In 2022 all window were replaced across this historic building at the University of Indiana. Contracted direct with the University, Timekey was responsible for all work, returning the building to ‘live-in’ ready condition upon completion, including repair of existing stone sills, drywall repair, and touch-up painting. Window manufacturer Quaker provided units matching existing sightlines, grid patterns, and color. Work was completed on time and without change orders for this satisfied repeat customer. Similar projects on campus were performed at Jordan Hall and Sycamore Hall.
