Repeat client Millig Engineering sought out Timekey for glazing subcontract work as part of an overall building energy upgrade at this remote project. The project site was located at the center of Whidbey Island in the Puget Sound outside of Seattle, Washington. The courthouse remained occupied as window replacements took place within workspaces. Personnel relocated based on pre-approved schedules, and work moved quickly, finishing weeks ahead of time in early 2023. This gave the County back their space and Courthouse with minimal disruption and a new lease on life!
