In late 2025, Timekey will begin work on-site at this mid-Missouri destination resort. The $400m project will bring a 506-room Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, indoor waterpark, and outdoor amusement park to Osage Beach. Pre-work design, planning, and fabrication began in 2023 in conjunction with Tegethoff Development, TRi Architects, and manufacturers Tubelite and Quaker. The glazing subcontract will be performed under GC Brinkmann Construction, chasing concrete erection from the ground-up, and targeting a 2026 grand opening.
