This glazing package was part of a gut-and-remodel of the downtown KC historic high-rise renovation transforming the previously abandoned building into new modern housing. This included new historic replica windows from Manko, and storefront glass replacement. Work took place under GC Crossland and developer Cordish, completing in mid-2024.
