Just off the Kansas University campus in Lawrence, this 10-story apartment building received all new windows in 2020 as part of an overall exterior renovation. Windows provided by Quaker were installed from exterior swing-staging, accommodating the interconnected openings stretching the entire building height. This created unique sizing attention, as interior floors and finishes needed to line up at every floor. Timekey’s experience in pre-work and execution made this project a success for the building’s private ownership, making the building ready for seasonal occupation alongside the start of 2020’s school year.
