In the summer of 2024, Pendleton HS in the northeast corner of South Carolina received all new windows from Timekey Glazing. Although contract time extended into the fall, a summer completion benefitted all parties. Thus, with no added cost to the school, Timekey dispatched a larger crew and added superviission to complete prior to the return of students in early August. Ultimately, Timekey completed the estimated 3 month project in 4 weeks. To ensure proper means and methods, photos were taken all throughout progress, and overseen by local architect and school facility personnel. This lead to a very limited punch list and efficient close-out.
