This historic City Hall in downtown St. Joseph, Missouri was erected in 1910 and received all new historic replica windows from EFCO in the fall of 2024 from Timekey Glazing. After a lengthy design-build bid review by the City, Timekey was selected based on past performance and success, which was able to be repeated here. The limestone exteriors were protected, and the interior plaster returns restored and repainted during construction. Ongoing City operations continued throughout construction, and which Timekey scheduled activities around. The project was completed ahead of schedule and without change orders to satisfied City personnel. This project was a successful union of modernizing building performance, eliminating air/water infiltrations, and protecting historic integrity.
