In 2022 this glazing subcontract was performed for GC Reasbeck Construction at Whiteman Air Force Base in Warrensburg, Missouri. As the famous home of the B2 Spirit Stealth Bomber, this secure site required blast rated glass and frames. Engineered anchoring data and site inspections were led by the US Army Corps of Engineers. EFCO windows were designed and ordered prior to building erection to allow for efficient ‘weathering-in’ of the structure, requiring clear planning and communication amongst adjacent trades. Work was completed ahead of schedule.
